Buying a second home in a new state is complicated. Once we determine the area we wanted, Cove Cay, we were lucky enough to find Kathleen. Cove Cay is a jewel of a community in Clearwater with phenomenal access to Tampa and the Tampa airport as well as the white sandy beaches of Clearwater. There are 4 communities in Cove Cay.
