In over 20 years of buying multiple houses in many states, this has been my best experience so far. Mannie and Jamie are a power team and advocated for us throughout and after the sale of our home. Looking forward to working with them again. Best realtors I've used. Big thanks for everything!

Kerri is a worker! She worked so hard to make sure that we had the absolute best buying experience! She’s extremely knowledgeable in all areas and was able to handle and navigate our unique situation with expertise, efficiency and a lot of patience. Kerri kept us well informed from beginning to end and went above and beyond the entire time. She made sure we comfortable, informed and knew our next steps - which she also had recommendations and options available to us the entire time. We couldn’t have done this without her and probably wouldn’t have our new home if she hadn’t worked so hard or been as knowledgeable (especially with contracts) as she is with her years of experience. She earned every penny of her commission and I would pay it twice knowing what I would receive from her on our end! Without a doubt I will use Kerri in the future!

Outstanding team! We used them to buy our house when we first moved to Tampa, and used them again 3 years later as we left Tampa. Mannie knows all the ins & outs of the real estate business and she always gives 100% to her clients. I highly recommend if you are looking for experienced realtors who will ensure you don't fall for any scams or major roadblocks along the way! Always a smooth process wit the Woodrum Team.

Kathy far exceeded our expectations in every way. She went above & beyond what any other agent would do to help us find our new home. Her knowledge and organizational skills are second to none and she was able to help us in so many ways through the buying process. We are looking forward to working with her again soon and would highly recommend her! If you're thinking about buying or selling, don't even consider using another agent. She is the best!

Buying a second home in a new state is complicated. Once we determine the area we wanted, Cove Cay, we were lucky enough to find Kathleen. She was a wealth of knowledge regarding the community and made the process incredibly easy. Cove Cay is a jewel of a community in Clearwater with phenomenal access to Tampa and the Tampa airport as well as the white sandy beaches of Clearwater. There are 4 communities in Cove Cay. Kathleen helped us find the right community for us. There is no substitute for her knowledge.

Kathy Noland did an exceptional job selling my home. Her experience in working the various components of the process made it very easy on my end. She did a great job staging the home and making it as appealing as possible to buyers. She worked expertly with the buyer to get them to accept my several requests about timelines and logistics. Because of Kathy everything in the process ran smoothly and I was able to receive slightly above asking price. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone seeking a realtor.

I bought my home sight unseen with Manny in 2019. We sold the home with Manny and Jamie in 2022 and, once again, the process was so easy. Communication was great and everything went so smoothly. They really helped lessen the stress that comes with buying and selling homes.

If we could give more stars, we would. Mannie and her team excelled from the start to the end of our grueling 15 month new-construction journey. Our builders lacked communication and organization. Mannie made sure to stay on top of them and hold them accountable throughout every stage. Her knowledge of the industry is outstanding and her tenacity to get the job done is amazing! We were so blessed to have Mannie and her team with us through our journey.
