She is knowledgeable and competent. She is honest, patient, and generous with her advice. I purchased an investment property with Nadia distantly, without seeing it till a week after closing and it is a great property! I felt comfortable working with Nadia. Nadia was always on task with inspection, appraisal, communication with the lender etc. She helped through the whole process from the day I first called her and still after closing, I feel confident to call her even after closing if I need any advice or have any question. Great customer service! I highly recommend Nadia to anyone, and I will certainly use her again if I'm in the market for another property in her area of business. P.S. Tjings I never thought of. I was astounding by her knowledge. She recommended a mortgage professional who was beyond fantastic. In this extremely competitive market They worked tirelessly after hours speaking to seller agents. She was always available to answer questions and take us for as many showings as we wanted. She knew exactly what to do to get us exactly the house that my husband and myself have dreamed of. I Couldn’t have had a better realtor and recommend her wholeheartedly. Mannie helped us secure our first home in 2017 and helped us sell it in 2022. My husband is in the military, and Mannie knew all the ins and outs of working with military families.
