Kerri is a worker! She worked so hard to make sure that we had the absolute best buying experience! She’s extremely knowledgeable in all areas and was able to handle and navigate our unique situation with expertise, efficiency and a lot of patience. Kerri kept us well informed from beginning to end and went above and beyond the entire time. She made sure we comfortable, informed and knew our next steps - which she also had recommendations and options available to us the entire time. We couldn’t have done this without her and probably wouldn’t have our new home if she hadn’t worked so hard or been as knowledgeable (especially with contracts) as she is with her years of experience. She earned every penny of her commission and I would pay it twice knowing what I would receive from her on our end! Without a doubt I will use Kerri in the future!
