Michele was extremely, knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find my home. She listened to what kind of house I was looking for, the features, area and the price range. Then she found a list of houses that met the requirements. She organized our viewings to maximize the houses shown. Then aided me in making the offer, arranging and over seeing the inspection, and closing arrangements. Michele was always pleasant, professional and responsive. Thanh is an exceptional real estate agent. As always happens in real estate, Thanh had been introduced to me by word of mouth, in my case by my ex -wife for the excellent work done with her condo. At first hesitant when it comes to advice received from an ex, Thanh has shown himself from the beginning an extremely competent, available and, above all, a patient realtor. Throughout the process he has always supported my decisions, offering new solutions and suggestions when requested, and at the proper time.
