I am so happy we had Lea as our agent! She told us about knock lending for our mortgage and it was the best decision we made! Knock lent us money to buy our new house based on the equity of our old house, we were able to buy our new home we while we were still living in our old house. They even offered to help find us contractors for any work we wanted to do on our old house before we put it on the market. With Lea's knowledge of the knock lending program we purchased our new home in January and didn't sell our old house until March. We love our new home and neighborhood! We are grateful to have had Lea there with us through the process!

Lea is super knowledgeable and told us about knock lending. They were able to give us money to use towards the sale of our new house based on the equity we had in our old house. She handled it all, getting us in touch with knock, submitting the necessary photos, and giving them any other information needed. She had our home professionally cleaned and staged for the showing.
