I Meet Carmine thru my girlfriend who was looking to purchase her first home . He was so helpful and kind and new his stuff, I was impressed. So, a few months later me an my family decided to sell and I immediately thought of Carmine , well he was awesome sold my sisters house in 2 days and mine in 1 hr. I found Carmine quite by accident and it could not have been a luckier find. I moved from Washington State to Florida in April 22. One day I passed by a home I wanted to tour, and Carmine's contact information was on the listing. I filled out the form, and Carmine responded within 5 minutes, and was able to meet me at a home to tour within 45 minutes. From that day on, we ended up either meeting or talking daily until I found the home I ended up purchasing. I know he was super busy, but he still made me feel like I was his only client. I gave Carmine my home requirements, and he provided me with options of homes that matched my requirements. (I worked with other agents previously who put me on the mailing list which was not helpful. Carmine contacted me directly when he saw a place come onto the market that he thought fit me.) I placed 2 offers with Carmine - on the first I was out-bid, on the second the offer was accepted, and Carmine worked diligently to ensure Closing was as fast as possible. From making/accepting the offer to Close day it took 9 (nine) days - disclaimer: I had already prepared my finances ahead of time. Carmine did all the work from there. He organized the home inspection, hired a contractor to fix a small potential issue in the attic so I could be worry free about the home. He worked with his contacts to ensure closing would go smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend Carmine for your real-estate needs. He listens, he follows through, and he communicates effectively. I arrived in Florida on April 8, and moved into my home on May 6. Thank you, Carmine. Could not have done that without you.
