I found Carmine quite by accident and it could not have been a luckier find. I moved from Washington State to Florida in April 22. One day I passed by a home I wanted to tour, and Carmine's contact information was on the listing. I filled out the form, and Carmine responded within 5 minutes, and was able to meet me at a home to tour within 45 minutes. From that day on, we ended up either meeting or talking daily until I found the home I ended up purchasing. I know he was super busy, but he still made me feel like I was his only client. He organized the home inspection, hired a contractor to fix a small potential issue in the attic so I could be worry free about the home.
