Kristina is top tier!

When you’re selling & buying a home, chances are it’s going to be anything but easy. However, our experience was truly amazing. Having such a knowledgeable & trusted realtor really changes the game. Kristina and EVERYONE on her team are absolutely amazing. Getting our home ready to sell was so quick and she kept us informed and up to date on anything and everything. Stuff we didn’t even think about! Kristina was there at anytime I needed her or had a random thought, panic, or question. Her knowledge in all things realty is truly impeccable and admirable . Our home hit the market, we got 3 solid offers, and went under contract in less than 48 hours with OVER asking price! Our plan was to custom build for our next house. She helped us look for land, and was jumping through hoops in leaps and bounds on our side to get us where we wanted to be. We then stumbled on an existing home that we fell in LOVE with! An amazing experience

I’m so grateful that Alison was here to help me find a house, we looked at so many potential ones but they weren’t the right ones for me and my girls, she looked out for us which is something I can’t explain how much gratitude I have towards her, she helped me pick this house ,I will be able to raise my girls in and call our home, I’m very happy she stayed and never gave up because looking for a house is honestly a lot of work, and for that I would like to say, she is one of the most amazing real estate agents out here that I know. She has lots of patience for this and she looks out for you and your family, and what your family needs.

I cannot speak more highly of Alison

I cannot speak more highly of Alison. We started looking into houses 4 months ago and Alison knew my style and chose the perfect house for me and my little family.
