We also bought a house out of her area it was an ordeal to say the least as we were looking 2 hours or more North and it was when house sell's were booming. But she stuck with it and found us what we were looking for. We love it here. Than a few months after that we put our house up for sell through Kristina and she did a bang up job getting it sold for us so we could finally move full time to the new place. Kristina was amazing to work with. The home I sold was in Florida but I live in Illinois. So Kristina basically took the sale over and basically acted as if she were me. Of course she ran everything by me, however, getting things done was on her shoulders. The home I sold was an investment property so Kristina had to deal with the tenants as well as several contractors as there were things that needed to be fixed. Im talking a water leak the got the ceiling wet and a portion of the walls to replacing the air conditioner and several other things as well. I would use Kristina again and would be excited to do so because I would know I have a realtor thats top notch and is not afraid to work hard for you. A1 service.

Kristina is SUPER! She was by our side guiding us from home search to closing. Kristina is professional, honest, dedicated and friendly. No matter what time of day or how silly the question she always answered us and kept us informed of all the happenings. We ran into a glitch with our first mortgage company a week into the purchase and we needed to find another lender asap.
