When you’re selling & buying a home, chances are it’s going to be anything but easy. However, our experience was truly amazing. Having such a knowledgeable & trusted realtor really changes the game. Kristina and EVERYONE on her team are absolutely amazing. Getting our home ready to sell was so quick and she kept us informed and up to date on anything and everything. I have worked with many realtors in the past, and Alison was by far the best. She really listened to what I wanted in a house, and didn't trying to sell me on things outside of those requirements. She worked with me for almost a year to find the perfect place, and never got upset that it was taking so long (I was being pretty picky). We also bought a house out of her area it was an ordeal to say the least as we were looking 2 hours or more North and it was when house sell's were booming. But she stuck with it and found us what we were looking for. We love it here. Than a few months after that we put our house up for sell through Kristina and she did a bang up job getting it sold for us so we could finally move full time to the new place. She is a VERY dedicated realtor and will do her very best and than some for you. So if you are looking to buy a home or are wanting to sell the one your in than call Kristina Futrell at Futrell Realty as she is the best by far.
