Stephen Hachey is the owner and broker of Flat Fee MLS Realty and a Florida-licensed real estate attorney with more than 20 years of experience in real estate, law, and finance. Stephen has been involved in thousands of Florida real estate transactions and has been recognized by RealTrends among leading real estate professionals in Florida and nationally based on transaction sides and sales volume. Through Flat Fee MLS Realty, Stephen helps Florida homeowners list and sell their properties through the MLS while maintaining greater control over the sales process and avoiding traditional listing commissions. He has extensive experience with flat fee MLS listings, FSBO transactions, residential sales, contracts, negotiations, and Florida real estate transactions. Stephen earned his Florida law license in 2005 and founded the Law Offices of Stephen K. Hachey, P.A., where his practice focuses on Florida real estate law. Before practicing law and real estate, Stephen worked in tax consulting as a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to serving as Broker of Flat Fee MLS Realty, Stephen is a Florida-licensed real estate instructor and has taught Florida real estate professionals. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the National Association of REALTORS®. Stephen remains actively involved in Florida real estate transactions and oversees the brokerage operations of Flat Fee MLS Realty, helping homeowners throughout Florida sell their properties through a flat fee MLS listing model.
