Julie was great! This was a very complicated sale and purchase as we had a buyer in South Carolina that had to sell their property in order to purchase my buyers place who then had to close on my place so I could purchase my dream home. There were a couple bumps along the way but Julie was always there for me making sure I knew what was going on and always having my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her and her team for any and all real estate transactions.

We met Dena as she was the listing agent for a home we were interested in. Once we started talking to her about what we were looking for, she provided a lot of options we weren't previously aware of. We were from out of state and had been working briefly with another Realtor/company that didn't meet our needs. Dena's knowledge of the area, neighborhoods, and HOA ordinances were very helpful.
