Lynn was a pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I had to sell one house and buy another in 2 weeks. Guess what, we got it done! House sold quickly, at my asking price and I was able to buy another... all within the 2 week timespan. Amazing coordination, all by Lynn. I highly recommend her to assist you in any transaction you may need.

Lynn was very responsive and showed us homes in our price range. She was able to also show us homes with features we were looking for.

Brenda and Craig made our experience of purchasing a home in Sarasota so easy. They truly know their market here and everything about the area. Their attention to every detail was amazing, and they did everything they said they would do--which is really important. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to either find a permanent or vacation home here.

Julie was recommended to me and I am so thankful! I moved from another state and am so glad I had her to help with the transition. Not only did she helped me find a great home, she stayed on top of everything that was needed for the close! Very professional and organized!

Shari stuck it out on a very tough listing and provided the same level of service at the end, same as the beginning, even though the commission was small.

We met Dena as she was the listing agent for a home we were interested in. Once we started talking to her about what we were looking for, she provided a lot of options we weren't previously aware of. We were from out of state and had been working briefly with another Realtor/company that didn't meet our needs. Dena's knowledge of the area, neighborhoods, and HOA ordinances were very helpful. She was always timely with her correspondence with us, and willing to help answer questions no matter the time or day.

Words could never describe how absolutely amazing Sharma is! She put up with my OCD, anxiety and nerves from the beginning and still liked me enough to sit at the closing table with me hahaha! Seriously she was made for real estate and a huge blessing to our family. I told her exactly what I wanted and she worked around the clock to make it happen! 5 ?? stars!

Having lived in four states for the past 15 years, we have worked with many real estate professionals and many different scenarios. Mugsie Quinlan is without a doubt the finest agent we have worked with. This sale had some tricky situations pop up with the buyers financing, but she guided us through it all with great professionalism. Cannot say enough good about working with Mugsie.

Julie was terrific. She listed and sold our home in two days and at the same time she put us in our dream home. She is great to work with and always available to us. She has a great group of companies that helped us with everything from a loan all the way to closing. I highly recommend Julie.
