COVID cannot stop Mary Murphy! She helped us sell our furnished condo during a statewide shut down. Mary gave solid advice on how to prepare our condo for sale. She advised, staged and showed our condo via FaceTime. We stayed safe and sound in our CT. home and had few worries while Mary took charge. Our condo sold within two and a half months. I have never met Barb in person, only thru a listing that I called about. We ended up doing a long distance transaction including closing. My experience could not have been better. People who know me describe me as Type A and perfectionistic. Barb not only rose to my expectations but exceeded them. The first house we put a contract on we backed out of due to a poor inspection report but Barb never missed a beat and continued to show me other homes virtually. Her kindness and honesty let me know I was in good hands thru the entire process. I believe the nicest thing a person can do for you is to make you feel like you are the only person in the room. Her focus and follow thru every step of the way made purchasing from afar a breeze. I have now arrived to see what I bought "on-line" and I am thrilled with my purchase.
