He listened to our needs, wants, and questions to get a better understanding of how best to manage our home sale. Joe is no non-sense as it pertains to unrealistic buyers and didn't waste our time with showings that weren't qualified. As a family with children and immune compromised family members, he was able to keep us safe during this process and only brought in serious buyers.
