He provided and explained market conditions, provided us with real estate opportunities when we were purchasing, determined accurate market value of the properties, and developed a plan of action on how we should acquire them. He provided invaluable advice on determining the bid to offer. He continued his excellent advice and followup through the closing of the properties. Concerning the sale of the properties, he also exhibited his professionalism and knowledge of the market. He developed individual sales marketing plans for each property and worked with us in determining selling price. Through his diligence, we sold those properties very quickly and at or more than we had expected. It's our opinion that Joe Cinque is the best real estate agent that we have ever used. We spent two full days looking at homes, some of which Joe selected and some that we saw on Zillow. Joe made sure we were able to access the various communities. Once we decided to make an offer, he also recommended (at our request) attorneys, and we found an excellent one from those choices. Also helped us with home warranty, extra landscaping that we needed, roofers for minor correction and much general local advice. I highly recommend him.
