Rick knows more about this area than anyone I have met here. If he happens not know something, he finds out promptly. The best real estate I have dealt with ever and I have probably moved 30 times. Dealing with him has made my life easier!!

We would highly recommend Rick De Barros to anyone who wants to sell their house quickly and for the best price.

As a Agent myself I can be a pain for others working for me. Barb was very helpful, insightful and patient. She exceeded my expectations.

"Rick De Barros is such an enjoyable person to work with, his passion and knowledge of real estate is apparent! My husband and I were very specific with what we were looking for, and he was able to help us focus on finding and negotiating on an incredible property. He was very patient and responsive to our questions and facilitated the whole process. I highly recommend Rick, and will definitely consider working with him again."

I will absolutely recommend Rick De Barros to anyone looking for a home in this region! I have dealt with many agents/brokers and in my experience Rick is superb. He is patient and works very hard to make sure the client is satisfied. In addition, as newcomers to Florida, Rick provided valuable "local knowledge" to help us get settled in Florida more quickly! If I ever choose to move again, Rick De Barros will be the person I call!

My wife and I have been through the home buying process just earlier this year and this time we were determined to find a realtor that would make this process enjoyable and exciting. Since my first interaction with Rick De Barros I was thoroughly impressed. He did not miss a single item, request big or small. On time and followed through every request and even was able to read in between the lines on some of our requests (differences between my wife and I). A real professional from start to finish. Rick was able to accommodate my wife and us as a younger couple and also my parents who helped through the process. He was able to balance all age groups in my family. I wanted to ensure I had a local expert in the area that could answer all my little questions that add up to make big differences. Rick De Barros was able to answer small questions about matching door handles and large questions like the different types of roofing attachments to help with homeowners insurance premiums. Rick was also able to assist us in reading the land survey and the architectural plans on the house. This guy is the real deal and made the home buying process a real pleasure. The bar has been set very very high by this professional broker for all my future real estate experiences. Thanks Rick !!

"Rick constantly went above and beyond. There were many challenges that Rick handled personally because I was living in Ky and could not be there. He dealt with pool guys, roof guys, plumbers, exterminators, tile guys and painters-just to mention a few!! He communicated clearly any feed back from prospective buyers and offered constructive ideas. He is someone that I came to consider as a friend. My only regret is that he is not in Ky when I ever decide to buy or sell again."

"Rick de Barros and his wife Linda are the best realtors we have ever worked with and we have done many real estate transactions. Their expertise and professionalism are second to none. I would say that integrity and helpfulness are what makes them stand out. You will get the truth along with all the facts that are needed for a quick, profitable sale."

When I first spoke with Courtney I hadn't decided if I wanted to sell my home and was simply hoping to get some basic info. Not only did she take the time to answer all of my questions (she's extremely knowledgeable) but she never once made me feel pressured and she even provided a thorough run down of what I could reasonably expect to get for the house, a breakdown of all fees as well as what I could expect from the process. I took another month or so to determine if I wanted to put it up for sale and she never once made me feel pressured or bothered. Once I gave her the green light it was off to the races! We had a photographer swing by in a matter of days, had the house listed within a week, an offer in the first few hours and under contract within 1 day of listing it! I even received more then what my ask price was! From there the entire experience was seamless and stress free! With all that in mind, I highly recommend working with Courtney!

Courtney is very easy to work with and has answers before you ask the question! She was proficient in preparing the listing and giving our home extensive exposure. There were 10 separate viewings scheduled the first two days after the listing went public. I highly recommend her as she professional, prompt and very efficient in this process. Thank you Courtney for a great experience in the sale of our house!

Sharon Klein was everything we could have hoped for. She was on top of EVERYTHING! Any question we had, she always either new the answer or found out and always returned our phone calls within a timely manner. We had the absolute best experience and could not have asked or expected for anything else than the service she provided!!!
