When I first spoke with Courtney I hadn't decided if I wanted to sell my home and was simply hoping to get some basic info. Not only did she take the time to answer all of my questions (she's extremely knowledgeable) but she never once made me feel pressured and she even provided a thorough run down of what I could reasonably expect to get for the house, a breakdown of all fees as well as what I could expect from the process. I took another month or so to determine if I wanted to put it up for sale and she never once made me feel pressured or bothered. Once I gave her the green light it was off to the races! We had a photographer swing by in a matter of days, had the house listed within a week, an offer in the first few hours and under contract within 1 day of listing it!
