Richard Capps and his team helped me sell a property in Florida while I was stuck in Ohio. The property was part of an estate. Richard patiently explained how that worked and how to sell it out of probate . His whole team was very patient, knowledgeable and most of all kind. Selling a property that had been in my family for 45 years was stressful, but Richard was available to talk to me about ANYTHING I needed to talk about anytime. I am thankful that Richard Capps and his team were there for me. I would recommend Team Richard Capps to anyone buying or selling in the Sarasota, Bradenton, Longboat Key area!
