Curt was one of the best agents I’ve worked with in the real estate world. He was persistent in finding us exactly what we wanted out of a house and never got frustrated after we spent considerable time searching. Once we found the one, Curt was excellent in bringing the seller around to giving us the contract. Most importantly, once we had the contract Curt was instrumental in keeping the seller on board as the transaction went through a few twists, especially since we don’t even live in the US. My husband and I decided to sell our house this past fall. I am a team member for Team Richard Capps so naturally we decided to have Richard list and sell our house.
