I cannot say enough good things about Amy Mersman!! Our family's 3rd time using her as a agent..we keep coming back for a reason! She goes the extra mile all the time and just a great person in general! She has extensive real estate knowledge and helped me sell my condo and buy my dream home!

I bought a Townhouse in Sarasota Florida while I was living out of state (California). During the process of acquiring the house , Amy assisted us contacting the seller of the property and fulfilling all the requirements needed to complete the purchase of the house , no time zone difference or conflict of schedule/ time hinders Amy to help us find and purchase our new home. Late at night calls regardless of week days or weekends, she was very accommodating, she became our eyes and ears with the development of our new construction townhome. I will not be able to buy my new house without her being on our side every step of the way. She is very kind , a good person , and beautiful inside and out. She became our friend, who we can rely on. I highly recommend her to anyone who need help in buying a house, she will not let you down because she is excellent with what she does. Thank you Amy for all your help. We really do appreciate you.

Amy was outstanding to work with! Numerous times Amy contacted the seller for me and made sure they were aware of my requests. Due to my work schedule and traveling, there were many times I wasn’t able to coordinate with builder, mortgage co. and others involved in the process. Amy would make sure they were emailed information and were all in the loop. Out of all the positive things she did, the best thing was negotiating 60 days instead of 30 to come up with the down payment for our purchase. I don’t believe I would’ve have realized that was a possibility at the time. If not for that, we most likely would have lost the opportunity to build our dream home. Due to these unprecedented times, the construction of our house took 20 months, Amy was with us all the way through!
