Upon starting my housing search, I had multiple realtors assisting me. After a couple days of looking, all other realtors fell to the wayside. Curt has a work ethic like none other. He was persistent in finding us exactly what we wanted out of a house and never got frustrated after we spent considerable time searching. Once we found the one, Curt was excellent in bringing the seller around to giving us the contract. Most importantly, once we had the contract Curt was instrumental in keeping the seller on board as the transaction went through a few twists, especially since we don’t even live in the US. He got the deal done. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
