I have never met Barb in person, only thru a listing that I called about. We ended up doing a long distance transaction including closing. My experience could not have been better. People who know me describe me as Type A and perfectionistic. Barb not only rose to my expectations but exceeded them. The first house we put a contract on we backed out of due to a poor inspection report but Barb never missed a beat and continued to show me other homes virtually. Her kindness and honesty let me know I was in good hands thru the entire process. I believe the nicest thing a person can do for you is to make you feel like you are the only person in the room.
