We were looking for a new home in a specific community in North Port, Florida. We had been living in Deerfield Beach on the East coast. To find a new place 200 miles from our home was a challenge. We looked at a few realtors on the internet and selected Anytime Realty. Cheryl worked with us for over 10 months. She would send us listings she found and if the houses looked like a possibility we would pack the car and head out for a 200 mile ride. We made many trips to North Port and Cheryl never gave up on us. She kept providing listings. We think she thought we were looking for a needle in a hay stack. But, she never gave up. Cheryl was accommodating and always had 2 or 3 places or more for us to see on each trip. Cheryl always did her homework and usually had answers to our questions. If she didn't she would get the answers and get back to us quickly. We would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house on the Sun Coast.
