My first encounter with Wendy was when she smiled and waved at me pulling out of my neighbor's driveway. I did not know they just hired her to represent them in the sale of their home. I had 5 realtors in my neighborhood waiting for me to choose one of them. Not only does she have a relevant reputation in real estate, she was also a Banker..giving me the satisfaction and trust that I was searching for. We had many open houses and showings. She was concerned about my fortitude. She knew I who I was and what I wanted and expected. She never wavered and came through with the perfect purchaser...much to my delight! I have already referred her to a few of my own clients.
