Todd was great to work with! He made the very stressful process of buying a vacation home so easy! He was always available when I had questions and went out of his way to take care of everything regarding the buying process ( from being there for the home inspection, to getting a quote for plumbing repairs, to helping us get in touch with insurance companies) since we live out of town. He is very personable and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone.

It is with immense pleasure to recommend Barb Eberhart as a real estate agent. I found Barb to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if I was her only customer although I know this was not the case. I was not an easy customer. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. Barb is hands down the best in the business in my opinion and if I ever need to move again she will be my first choice in real estate agents.

Todd worked diligently to help sell our house at a great price. With his recommended improvements, along with his open houses which generated many potential buyers, we were able to make a sale within 24 hours of it being listed. Todd made the sale of our house easy without any complications. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. I would definitely use Todd again in the future if the opportunity arose.

Had just listed our townhouse when the COVID lockdown began. The listing Todd provided and narrated was outstanding. While showings were somewhat slow we had a contract in a little over 30 days while other townhouses in our subdivision had been on the market over 100 days. Outstanding Todd and would highly recommend him.

Rick was simply wonderful during our hunt for a new home . He was very patient and accommodating and always took the extra step And genuinely put in the extra effort. Even when hiccups arose, he was on top of it to get things done with all parties involved , not only until closing but even afterwards. Thank you 🙏

“My wife and I worked with Barbara Eberhart for several months. She was instrumental in helping us purchase a condo in Bradenton. She was very helpful in helping us decide what we wanted in the new purchase. She was always available to explain and process over the three or four months we worked with her. She was graceful and pleasant. She was definitely an asset to the company and to us.”
