As we were living in Virginia and trying to buy a home in Florida, Wendy came up with a list of homes based on our detailed criteria. She then drove all around the area and FaceTimed us to view the homes. Wendy went through every room, opened cabinets, etc...it was as if we were right there walking through with her! While viewing one of our picked homes, Wendy received information on a brand new home. It was in the same neighborhood that we wanted and it was not on the market yet. Wendy showed us the house, we made an offer lower than asking price, it was accepted and we went under contract...all in the same day! We were even able to move in a few weeks later! Wendy made the whole process seamless. It was as if things were business as usual regardless of the pandemic, because of Wendy's personal interest in doing whatever was needed to get us our dream Florida home. So my wife found her dream home, she knew she had to act fast. We contacted Marina and we were able to see the home immediately. Marina was very knowledgable about the area and the surrounding home values. Multiple offers were place on this home but Marina was able to help our offer outshine the others. The home buying process was full of unknowns, but Marina was able to help us navigate through them. She negotiated on our behalf when the listing agent was being unreasonable with some of their demands. In the end, we were able to get the home we wanted, for the price we wanted, and the settlement we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased.

Mugsie was a fabulous realtor/broker who helped us find a home that checked off every single item on our wish list.
