Barb has the best communication skills, providing insights, facts and listens to your needs. She works with you as a partner, even if you are not located locally. She understands the area of your home, researches the properties within the area so that as a seller you know why your property is higher or lower than other properties in the area. She provided comps and facts in an objective manner, and devised a strategy that would list the house at the level preferred, but then created a strategy to modify it if needed. Barb made minor changes that resulted in an offer the first listing day.
