If you are looking to build a new home, let me serve as your liaison between you and the builder! I will take you to the different builders in the area and tour the model homes. By bringing you to the builder, I can then, at no cost to you, lead you through the building process, from the moment you pick out all the features, to the final walkthrough. As the house is being constructed, I am doing "unannounced" walk-throughs of the property to ensure the builder is holding up their end of the bargain and adding the features you picked out. If anything is out of place, after letting you know, I communicate with the builder directly to resolve the problem. By choosing me to help you with your new construction, you can just sit back and enjoy the amazing experience of having your dream home built to your exact specifications. For every listing, I hire a professional videographer to take videos and photos, including drone footage. We utilize the full scope of tools available to us when listing your house in the MLS, including using 50 photos on your listing, and creating a link to a custom promo video. This is a service I provide at no cost to my sellers. Don't settle for a realtor that just takes snapshots of your home with their cell phone! Seamless, Stress-free home buying thanks to Karla

I can’t say enough great things about Karla. She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Always just a call or text away, she truly cares and actually listens to what you want. And when it comes to negotiating she’s THE ONE you want. Communication is everything in this process, and Karla never once left me feeling alone or unsure. I know everyone says buying a home is stressful, but with her, it honestly felt seamless. No stress which still feels unreal to say but that’s the level she operates at. She handles everything.
