Very helpful in the process of our first home purchase!

I met Manny years ago when he was a CAM (Community Assocation Manager at one of the property's I was residing in. From there he talked about a little bit about what he does and then we took it from there. He had mentioned that he was able to assist me, and I told him exactly what I was looking for as well. Manny helped me in so many ways and I am pretty sure he will do the same for his other clients.

Manny made this whole experience so easy and was so knowledgeable. He was available and helpful no matter time and day. Manny should he cared about me and the process. Thanks Manny for making this the most painless process ever.

Manny was a very easy going personable, and direct agent to be working with. He was very quick to respond to any questions my wife and I had no matter the time of day and made the process as stress free as he could. I was living abroad at the time and he did not treat me any different than if I was in person, we had multiple virtual tours until we found our dream home and flew down for an inspection and In person viewing. He was great at the negotiation process and being transparent with my options. All of his partners from the home inspector to his broker really did make the entire experience flawless and explained everything in great detail. If for some reason I was to move and have to sell/purchase a new home Manny will be getting the first phone call. A+++ will definitely recommend.
