For 9 months, we were looking for the perfect property to buy near Orlando Florida. Moving from NY to FL. Katherine Garrido was our real estate agent. She is wonderful. She saw dozens of houses for us to try to find the correct house that would fit all of our needs, wishes and dreams. She even went to Boca and Palm Beach to view listings for us. She made buying a house such a breeze! Three years later, she helped me sell that same home! I had no idea how much effort went into selling a home and once again, she made it a breeze.
