I live in South Florida and had a house in Orlando I bought when my kids went to college. After a few years, it was time to sell. Katherine was recommended and I contacted her. From the first time we talked on the telephone I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Katherine helped with the minor repairs the house. She scheduled and supervised the repairs. When in the market, she hold an open house within a week or so. Very soon I had a contract in the house. The whole process was very smooth, even though I don’t live in Orlando.
