From the minute I asked Gloria and Allan to represent me in the sale of my home, I believed that the sale would go smoothly. We sat down and reviewed what would happen in the next little while, which they insisted would be short (and they were right). They advised me as to what the asking price should be and gave me the reasons why. I thought it was too high, but trusted their experience. I don''t remember what it's called, but it was put on MLS for agents only for a month while I enjoyed my family without constant showings. When it went on the market where the public could see it, we had several showings with a lot of interest and I received an offer within about a week. We countered and they accepted . I know a lot of work went on behind the scenes, but it seemed rather easy to me, as was the closing. I would definitely recommend the La Coe team to any of my friends.
