They helped me list and sell my home after I rented it 3 years living in Tampa. Not pushy at all!! I first contacted them months before I actually fully decided to sell to gage list price and timing. They even advised at one point to try and hold off if possible to list in a ideal time. Fully know the market and have data to assist. Would highly recommend them as your next.

We are so thankful we had Angie as our realtor! She found us a "perfect" house only about 2 miles from our daughter and s-i-l! Angie went out of her way on many occasions to help us be able to buy this house for which we are so grateful!. Angie represented us well to the sellers in such away that the sellers chose to allow us to buy the house from 3 potential bids that were more attractive than ours. My wife Amy and I were both so impressed with Angela by her ever smiling and positive presence. Let's be honest, selling or buying a home is a stressful business.
