A Hilton Head Island resident and REALTOR® since 2013, Kathy brings more than a decade of experience working with clients in both South Carolina and Pennsylvania, giving her a unique perspective when helping clients relocate, purchase a second home, invest, or make their next move.

Before real estate, Kathy was a teacher and reading specialist, an experience that shaped her educational approach to working with clients. She takes time to explain the process, answer questions, and help clients make informed, confident decisions.
Kathy is equally passionate about giving back to the community she calls home. She serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island and was honored as Rotarian of the Year in 2024. Her community involvement also includes United Way, serving on her residential community board, and volunteering as a reading mentor in local schools.
