Deb Thompson represented the seller of the house we recently purchased. From the start, Deb was wonderful to work with and made our purchase transaction flow smoothly from beginning to closing. She has excellent communication skills and was very prompt in answering our questions, as well as providing answers to questions we didn't know we needed to ask. We were purchasing from out of town and Deb provided us with the information we needed to know about buying a home in South Carolina. She explained all of the documents we needed to review and sign and why South Carolina required the information. She was very knowledgable about our community and the surrounding area, future planned development in our county and provided us with contact information for utilities, our club information and our POA.
