They helped me list and sell my home after I rented it 3 years living in Tampa. Not pushy at all!! I first contacted them months before I actually fully decided to sell to gage list price and timing. They even advised at one point to try and hold off if possible to list in a ideal time. Fully know the market and have data to assist. Would highly recommend them as your next.

We are so thankful we had Angie as our realtor! She found us a "perfect" house only about 2 miles from our daughter and s-i-l! Angie went out of her way on many occasions to help us be able to buy this house for which we are so grateful!.
