After just 4 short weeks Brian Kinard had our house under contract. He made the process of selling our house seamless considering we live out of the country. He was very responsive and was excelleant at communicating. He answered his phone every time I called and quickly answered all emails. We had a time frame in mind in which we needed to sell our house since it was vacant and he worked diligently to get it under contract. We had tenants in the house when it was placed on the market and Brian was so great at liaising with them directly to show the home. For anyone looking to buy or sell in the Hilton Head area I highly recommend him I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
