My experience was like no other!

Over several years I have purchased and sold many homes. This experience was like no other. I never received such dedication and drive to make this transaction run so smoothly. Great Experience over a long period of time.

Megan was always positive towards the changes from the seller and the positive outcome of the transaction. Seller had things to handle before been able to sell the house , price changes and a disgruntled buyer had personal issues with an abusing bank representatives. Not only she stood by our side but she provided the guidance and back up needed for me to continue to pursue this project. We went thru a 7 month span and we finally did it. Thanks Megan for a wonderful service and experience. I will recommend you to anyone looking for real state. David Valdes

We could not have asked for a better realtor! Bree was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. She was also invested in finding us a home we'd be happy in. When plans changed and things fell through, she helped us navigate through the issues, make the right decisions and kept things moving forward. And it was so worth it! We made it to closing day!!! We won't be buying again because this is our forever home, but if we do we will be using Bree and you should too.

She goes beyond in trying to sell your house compare to other realtors

She very professional at what she She always called or texted to let me know if people were coming to see house or inspection. Through out entire time. She didn’t leave me guessing what’s next. Before pricing the she checked the area what homes were going so she knew where to start in pricing my home. When she explained things I needed to know I was able to understand. I feel she’s the cream of the crop in her profession. Very sweet lady also
