This review is much needed after finally closing on our home!! Bree was very knowledgeable in the area in which we were home searching for, and that made our experience much easier. After touring multiple homes and putting in a few offers (this was at the time homes were flying off the market) we finally found the perfect home and went pending $10,000 under asking price!! This is where it gets real- squatters moved in to the sellers home before we closed. Bree kept her great professionalism and communication with us through the process of them being evicted, then asking sellers for concession/repairs to be done. If it wasn’t for Bree we would’ve given up, there were times we thought we should walk away but we held on knowing this home checked all of our boxes. Very grateful for our Realtor!! We recommend her to everyone.
