TL;DR: There is no reason to use other selling agents in the Greater New Orleans area. As the headline indicates, my family and I decided to move across the country on a tight timeframe. If that wasn't enough, the offer that we placed on a brand new house in my hometown in CA was contingent. We had a week to get our house in Mandeville, Louisiana ready to sell in order to meet the tight deadlines associated with our new home (and to make the move before school started in California.) Leslie Heindel gave key advice on what to focus on to get the house ready while she did the research that would get our house sold quickly. The photographer that she worked with put together an insanely elegant package that was evidenced by how many people wanted to view the house within an hour of putting it up. By the end of the day we had an offer for full price, which we accepted. Run that back: We had the house ready in a week and a full price offer within 8 hours of the listing going live when the average time on market for our area is 30 days. That tells you it was priced correctly and that Leslie and Heather use the right vendors and contacts to get your home seen to be sold. After the offer was made and throughout the inspection process, Leslie held our hand and soothed our worries (so much was riding on this sale). We were not rude, but also not easy easy customers. Leslie met us where we were to keep us focused on our move forward and not our past. We moved to CA a month after the house went up for sale and Heather Shields handled the closing for us so that we could get our son started in school. The care, responsiveness, professionalism, and intuition of this team is unparalleled. There isn't a better experience to be found in their market.

Haley was very professional throughout the entire process of our search for a home. She conducted a thorough search of the market to identify properties that matched the criteria we provided. As a resident of Pennsylvania, I was faced with the daunting task of selling my friend's house in Algiers Point as part of her estate. Both Leslie and Heather were highly recommended, but I chose to interview several realtors before making my decision. I was impressed with them both at our initial meeting, and after choosing them, that feeling increased. They were upfront and honest with me from the beginning about the current market and the changing market as time passed. I had so much to do to get the house ready for selling and struggled to figure out what to do/who to hire, etc. Leslie is a wealth of information, as is Heather. Both were extremely helpful and really helped ease my mind when I felt like I had no clue what I was doing. Since listing with them, I've seen a number of other homes they are selling. Their marketing style - the photos, the write-ups- makes me want to move just to buy from them! The personal and professional care they exhibit is fantastic.

I have been looking for a New Orleans area condominium for owner occupation for 3 years, not aggressively searching, just sniffing around. My spectrum of interest, cost, quality, location, was pretty narrow. Haley put me on daily search drop, where each morning I was notified of possible properties entering the market or changing their offers. Finally, a property hit the market that stayed on the market long enough for me to chew cud over, then make an offer. The property is right where I wanted to live, and Haley did that.
