Our experience with Leslie was great as an out of town buyer. She helped us buy and sell a property. Her knowledge of the NOLA market is very deep and she provides us with many suggestions that helped us during the buying and selling processes. She was very reliable, responsive and available when needed leading to a great amount of trust and ease around the process. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Heather(and Leslie). She stood by us through several challenging moments in a difficult market. She went above and beyond many many times to help us handle things we were unable to. She supported us every step of the way and regularly checked in with us even when there wasn’t much to report just to be supportive! She coached us through our moments of pessimism and anxiety and her positive attitude and endless optimism buoyed us when we needed it most. Not only are her knowledge and skills as a realtor razor sharp but she is a wonderful and kind human being as well and that shows through in every aspect of her work. Heather was absolutely amazing!!!! My brothers, sister and I had to sell my parents home that we all grew up in and it was definitely bitter sweet. Dad and mom built this home in 1964 and there was definitely a lot of memories. Heather helped us through the process of preparing to sell. She was definitely patient with all of us, gave us advice and supported us all the way. If you ever need a realtor I would suggest you get in contact with her. Heather is absolutely the BEST!! Searching for a second home for our retirement took careful planning. We did our research to find the right place at the right price. Kim was our partner in this search. She was patient with us as we would travel to New Orleans once a year to look at condos. She understood that we were not in a hurry, but once we found the right place we would act fast.
