Looking for a home can be stressful. Leslie and Heather made it easy and fun. They were able to get information on the houses and neighborhoods we were looking that, which we never would have found on our own. They provided helpful feedback, and we never felt pressured to make a decision but supported when we were ready to do so. They were always (and remain!) super responsive before we started looking at homes, during the search and purchase process and post-close. They are excellent agents and great people!

This is my third experience buying with Leslie and Heather, and they have remained professional, responsive throughout the buying process, quick to answer questions and arrange meetings, viewings, inspections, repairs, etc.; they also have a team assembled of equally hard-working and responsive, professional female lenders and title attorneys who will make sure that closing goes off without a hitch. It is incredibly difficult to find a team of detail-oriented market experts who WORK TOGETHER to get you into your home. I cannot stress enough how responsive they are (all of them), and how rare that is to find in the New Orleans market. I also appreciate that it is a team of women; as a female business owner myself, I enjoy working with other professional women. Overall, I appreciate this team's expertise in their market, attention to detail, the importance they place on continuing education in their respective fields, their responsiveness and dedication to their clients, and their honesty/integrity. Luck was truly on my side. By chance I made contact with Haley, and her mom, Pam Shales, regarding a Slidell property. Immediately I knew I was in great hands. It's rare to find a combination of professionalism, competence, focus, and a relaxed friendly manner. Only with their help, through a very involved process of ups and downs, am I now the new proud homeowner. Every step of the way, they were more watchful for my purchase well fair than I was for myself. I very highly recommend both of these agents. As proof, I just signed a rental listing contract with them for my Cumberland Street property. (Their broker is lucky also, to have them as valued agents.)

Working with Leslie was fantastic. My husband and I were first time homebuyers, so we were nervous and had a lot of questions about the homebuying process.
