She knew just what needed to be done to show the house without unnecessary expenses and provided me with contact information to have the few items that needed attention fixed in a timely manner. Within a week of completing the necessary minor repairs, the house was photographed, listed, advertised and under contract for above our listing price in 3 days. Despite the Buyer having a few delays that made it necessary to extend the purchase date, she kept me informed, monitored the progress of the purchase and did everything necessary to keep the process moving along. Closing day came as anticipated and all matters were handled in a most professional manner. I will highly recommend Leslie to friends and family looking for an agent.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Leslie. As a first time home buyer, I needed a LOT of guidance (handholding) with this experience and Leslie was there every step of the way. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process, is honest and plain spoken in her approach, and always quick to reply. There will be no questions left unanswered when you’re working with Leslie. She’s patient (but not too patient), understanding (but not too understanding), and will always point you in the right direction.
