This is my third experience buying with Leslie and Heather, and they have remained professional, responsive throughout the buying process, quick to answer questions and arrange meetings, viewings, inspections, repairs, etc.; they also have a team assembled of equally hard-working and responsive, professional female lenders and title attorneys who will make sure that closing goes off without a hitch. It is incredibly difficult to find a team of detail-oriented market experts who WORK TOGETHER to get you into your home. I cannot stress enough how responsive they are (all of them), and how rare that is to find in the New Orleans market. I also appreciate that it is a team of women; as a female business owner myself, I enjoy working with other professional women. Overall, I appreciate this team's expertise in their market, attention to detail, the importance they place on continuing education in their respective fields, their responsiveness and dedication to their clients, and their honesty/integrity. I highly recommend them to everyone I know who is buying, selling, or renting in this market.

Leslie and Heather are truly wonderful humans and agents. I have been in this process for almost 2 years...yea, they put up with me for two fulll years as I tried to sell my house multiple times. What godsends! I had so many questions and concerns and they were always so attentive and kind. Could not reccomend them enough!

Luck was truly on my side. By chance I made contact with Haley, and her mom, Pam Shales, regarding a Slidell property. Immediately I knew I was in great hands. It's rare to find a combination of professionalism, competence, focus, and a relaxed friendly manner. Only with their help, through a very involved process of ups and downs, am I now the new proud homeowner. Every step of the way, they were more watchful for my purchase well fair than I was for myself. I very highly recommend both of these agents. As proof, I just signed a rental listing contract with them for my Cumberland Street property. (Their broker is lucky also, to have them as valued agents.)

Working with Leslie was fantastic. My husband and I were first time homebuyers, so we were nervous and had a lot of questions about the homebuying process. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and straightforward. We could trust her to be honest about the homes we were looking at, and felt she had our best interest at heart during the entire process. Heather and Leslie are very kind, friendly, and knowledgable. This was my first home purchase and they were wonderful throughout the whole process. It took longer than expected to close on the property, but Heather and Leslie were attentive and helpful the entire time. Even after we closed, Heather still gives me wonderful advice. It is difficult to sum up all the positive experiences I had with Ms. Heather Shields as we embarked on a search for my future home in New Orleans. My requests were very specific from the outset. Because of Ms. Shields prep work, we found a wonderful condo that I bonded with quickly (unusual for me!) Heather exemplified professionalism, extreme knowledge of Louisiana real estate, was very prompt in all correspondence, and delightful to work with.
