Susan Burmaster was going to be our real estate salesperson long before we decided to sell our home in Florida. Her periodic and up to date U.S. mailings listing current sales within our Florida community indicated to us that she was on top of the sales market in our area. When Susan arrived at our house for her initial appointment with us, she had a printed brochure of the listings of current sales in our area, the near neighborhood, and the Sarasota area. This was our first time selling a home. Susan took her time explaining the sales process. She is friendly, professional, cordial and thorough. She treated us as new friends.
