We were very grateful that we were referred to MaryElizabeth!! She was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We purchased our home site unseen, MaryElizabeth took care of all of the details, and we love our new vacation home!!

Terry was very easy to work with. She definitely goes the extra mile. She is both personable and professional. She is right on top of the market even ahead of it. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a feel for exactly what needs to be done and gets it done! I love confidence and a go getter and that’s exactly what Terry brings to the table. Overall Terry is a great realtor.

I live in Mi and had a condo in a small community in Sarasota Fl to sell. I chose Susan Burmaster to be my selling agent. She quickly took charge and had my condo ready to list and show in a very short time. Susan is hard working, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident with the sale of my condo. I would 100% recommend Susan as your agent. The process was quick, easy and very successful, I think Susan did a “super” job!

Vincent represented me in both selling my home and purchasing a new one. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Was amazed when he held an Open House EVERY Sunday. Always called right back or answered my calls. Highly recommend him if you want care, attention, and professionalism.

Vince and team went above and beyond the call of duty to get this closed! He is the best and a true class act! Thank you and look forward to working with you again.

Vince was always available to communicate all happenings with the sale of the house. He had a vast knowledge of the market in general and of the neighborhood The offer, acceptance, and closing phases were handled with ease. He made the entire process stress free.

I could not be more pleased with Christa's performance as our agent. She advised us of our options, made recommendations (which we accepted), and then took the steps to prepare our condo for showing etc. She knows the market like the back of her hand and her advice was always spot on. We listed our unit as she recommended and it sold in less than 24 hours. Christa then did all the follow up and related work to make sure we closed on time and without a hitch. YOU CANNOT DO BETTER THAN CHRISTA in this market.

Vince & Alec exceeded all my expectations. With the experience they bring to the table, they sold my house with the most favorable terms and found my new dream home with a jaw dropping offer. Their quality of work is above all else! I cannot thank them enough.

Jeff is the best. I am an out state seller and Jeff handled the closing in Venice Florida amazing perfectly. Great negotiations, 24/7 updates, took care of all details. He listed the home for me and helped to coordinate required repairs after the home inspection. His suggested list price was right on the money. He handled pretty much everything from start to finish, including arranging for estimates and scheduling the work, which was very helpful since I live in a different state. If you are looking for top agent look no further, look for Jeff.

Anita was very patient with us throughout the lengthy home purchase process. Being remote buyers it was very difficult but Anita didn’t give up on us.
Anita Darvai
Anita we first met by walking past the office one day in November of 2021. Her knowledge of the area and proactive nature caught our attention. She was not pressure selling or forcing things on us. She took her time to explain things. Once we found the right house she went to see the house and take pictures and videos. We trusted her that much we made an offer without seeing the home only in pictures and through her advice. We could not have bought a home without her guidance. She always responds well in communication and becomes a trusted advisor. It’s hard to find agents that are truly committed to your interests as a buyer rather than their own as an agent. She also uses some of the latest technologies when communicating and is so connected with many people in the industry. She will find a way to solve almost any problem. She goes above and beyond the role of a real estate agent. You will not regret working with her. Looking forward to working with her again.
