MaryElizabth is an amazing realtor whose attention to detail is just one of her stellar qualities. I personally think that she strives to make every buyer/seller happy, and you can tell she loves what she does. She goes out of her way to listen, research the current market and even stays up rather late to ensure your house shows up at the top of the MLS List the next day. Though I really don't know how she does it! If you want a more personal experience with all the knowledge, she is your realtor. Vince & Alec Lamaida were very approachable, answered our questions quickly and made time to come see the house -we only were there for 4 days!-and offer suggestions before putting it on the market. Because of their assistance, we were able to avoid a 2nd trip from Michigan to FL to prepare the home. We chose Vince & Alec because a family member is a realtor in OH and had gone to a class that he had given on the Florida’s Real Estate Market.
