Jeff is the best. I am an out state seller and Jeff handled the closing in Venice Florida amazing perfectly. Great negotiations, 24/7 updates, took care of all details. He listed the home for me and helped to coordinate required repairs after the home inspection. His suggested list price was right on the money. He handled pretty much everything from start to finish, including arranging for estimates and scheduling the work, which was very helpful since I live in a different state.
