Jeff is the best. I am an out state seller and Jeff handled the closing in Venice Florida amazing perfectly. Great negotiations, 24/7 updates, took care of all details. He listed the home for me and helped to coordinate required repairs after the home inspection. His suggested list price was right on the money.
