Patty Pereira was the BEST Realtor ever! I was looking for a house to buy back in December of 2021, with another Realtor- and didn’t have the best experience. I then got cold feet- and cancelled the purchase of the home and then a condo- since I didn’t know which one I wanted at the time- and I paid the escrow at that time and was refunded it. While working with Patty, the process of buying a home was seamless. She walked me through step-by-step and it was extremely refreshing. She’s more than a realtor, throughout the process, she has become a wonderful friend of mine. She even took time out of her personal life to come help me some small jobs at the house. John and his team helped us with a very difficult move from our families estate. He helped facilitate moving furniture, and belongings, also with his knowledge of local repair contractors helped solve some of issues that arose during the sale. Mark made what should have been a difficult experience—my first time buying a home—fun and simple. He really goes above and beyond to assist you in finding your dream home. He pays attention to your needs while advising you on potential problems a home may have (Ex. water damage ect.) Mark used his expertise from years of experience to win my home despite having several other bids made on it. If you select another realtor, you will be missing out. I can attest that Mark is the best. And after finishing his task, he was still so gracious as to assist me in cleaning up some debris the previous owners left behind. I strongly recommend mark.
