We felt that John & Brenda did an exceptional job in selling our unit. Before the process began they gave us details as to the state of the market which allowed us to get comfortable with pricing. When we were ready to enter the market they met with us and reviewed our expectations and then we were able to come up with a price that we felt was realistic and placed the condo on the market. During the process they also explained how they would market the condo. They also were extremely helpful in removing personal affects that we were unable to attend too as we were back in Canada. The whole process was smooth and once we received an offer they were very helpful and made us comfortable during the negotiation process prior to closing. During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.

John and his team helped us with a very difficult move from our families estate. He helped facilitate moving furniture, and belongings, also with his knowledge of local repair contractors helped solve some of issues that arose during the sale. Also negotiating between us and the buyer was almost effortless, at least he made it seem so! I cannot say enough about how thankful I was for all that he did to help in a difficult time. We were amazed at the amount of time they put into not only showing our condo which they spent many weekends doing but also in prepping for the picture taking, being there for service calls, opening and closing the shutters and attending to the condo even when it was not their closing. They were also great about communication about each showing. PLUS they were also were great about advising us on our move and provided info on how to handle homeowners taxes and reminding us to stop payment on so many things. THE BONUS - They are so friendly and so kind and a real pleasure to work with!
