Sue took lots of time and energy making sure we found the right house. She walked thru many home as we watch via video stream. We were in PA while she looked for homes for us. Sue toured neighborhoods for us and gave us her honest opinion. After the purchase she provided a list of contractors to help make our new home our own. Every contractor was incredible. Her was opinion on each contractor was spot on. I can't say enough good things about our new found friend. We will continue to keep in contact with her socially. Susan is fantastic and great at watch she does.

This was the second time Vickee was able to help us buy our dream home. After our first experience, we knew she was the only Realtor we could rely on to help us get exactly what we wanted again. She is incredibly knowledgeable, instantly responsive, very direct and impactful, while being one of the most pleasant people to ever be around. She’s always cheery and puts us in a good mood even if there’s bad news. We know she’s always going to be the one with the solution. She made us feel like the most important people in the world. My wife saw a listing pop up on a Friday afternoon and asked Vickee to take a look at it… she met us there the following day and she put in an offer for us. After some negotiation she did for us Sunday, we were able to ink the deal that evening. If you are considering putting your home on the market, call Ron. We had a contract in hand less than 24 hours after listing with Ron. His photographer takes beautiful pictures of your home and Ron knows how to market your place to its full advantage.There are so many reasons I liked working with Ron. Not only is he sweet and funny, but, more importantly , he’s honest and answers any questions you might have. There are new laws in the “Condo World” and Ron is making sure that he knows what’s going on.If we sell in the future, we will call Beach House Guy!
