Sue was pleasant and nice to deal with at every turn, but more importantly she listened and understood what we were looking for and was on the "same page" with us making the experience very productive in our limited time to house hunt. She went above and beyond to keep us apprised of listings during the entire 5 months between our first hunting trip to our second trip. She was also able to knowledgably cover a broad area from Tampa and southward, which was important to us as out-of-staters who weren't completely sure of the specific area we wanted to settle into during retirement. She was wonderful to deal with and we feel really lucky that we got to work with her during this process; we are now proud homeowners in southwest FL and couldn't be happier about that and with Sue and all she did to make this a reality.

Vickee is one of those Realtors I consider the best. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and most of all, someone who keeps her promises. I can’t thank her enough for finding me my little piece of heaven. I met her and her husband at an open house she was hosting back I think about 3-4 years ago. I didn’t get that particular unit but knowing I was interested in that building, she promised to contact me when another one would become available. 2-3 year passed and sure enough, Vickee called one day to give me the opportunity to bid on her new listing. Patty Pereira was the BEST Realtor ever! I was looking for a house to buy back in December of 2021, with another Realtor- and didn’t have the best experience. I then got cold feet- and cancelled the purchase of the home and then a condo- since I didn’t know which one I wanted at the time- and I paid the escrow at that time and was refunded it. While working with Patty, the process of buying a home was seamless. She walked me through step-by-step and it was extremely refreshing. She’s more than a realtor, throughout the process, she has become a wonderful friend of mine. She even took time out of her personal life to come help me some small jobs at the house. Patty for the WIN! 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend her to anyone perching or sing a Home especially a first time buyer. She held my hand throughout the whole process and I needed that.
